The smart way to use social media to market your law firm + 365 social media posts to use

The most common conversation I have with lawyers is “I don’t know what to post or share on social media”. Sound familiar? The next most common statement is “And I have no time to think about it”.

I get that you are time poor with the focus on acting for your clients to get them a good result. Why add more to your already too long To-Do list?

Did you know there are simple ways to market your business while you are doing the work for your clients? Let me share how to do that.

But first, let me say that marketing should not be overcomplicated or involve a bunch of fancy software. It should be simple, practical, and give you the ability to showcase the solutions you provide for your clients.

One way to do this is by using social media. I get that not everyone loves or understands how to utilise social media channels to build their personal and business brand. It’s OK, that is what I write these articles for – to help you understand how to do in a simple way.

Now social media is just one piece of the marketing puzzle, but it is an important one. Why do you need to seriously consider it?

Social media can do this for your personal & business brand:

  • Increase your personal and business visibility
  • Showcase your expertise and knowledge
  • Attract more of your ideal clients
  • Help you remain top of mind when clients and prospects need you
  • Get more business opportunities
  • Drive traffic to your website
  • Help you build a community of like-minded people
  • Sell your services
  • Stay in the shopping cart of choice

Now, let’s get to the part that explains how to do it while you are working for your clients. Do you really want to know?

You automate it!

There are free tools like Hootsuite, Publer and Buffer that you connect your social channels to then schedule all your content to run whenever you want it to. This gives you consistent marketing messages to your audience and allows you to build your brand, stay visible and drive traffic to your website.

Once you know WHO you want to communicate with then you need to create and share content with them. Now I know you are time poor so I have created something to help you fast track this step and solve that problem, so you have no more excuses!

You can get your copy of 365 Content ideas for your Law Firm Guide which gives you enough content ideas for a whole year – yes 365 ideas (well there is actually a few extra).

Imagine how much easier that makes your social media marketing!

You can share more than just that latest blog article on your social media channels and many of the ideas I have shared in the above guide are common sense, simple post ideas that will help you build a relationship with your followers and engage them in conversation.
